Abstract

POLÍMERO LINEAR INTUMESCÍVEL EM ÁGUA, MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMO, E, COMPOSIÇÃO DE LIBERAÇÃO CONTROLADA. Um polímero linear intumescível em água é fabricado reagindo junto um óxido de polietileno com um peso molecular médio numérico menor do que 4.000, um diol alifático e um isocianato difuncional. A composição de liberação controlada compreende o polímero junto com um agente ativo. O polímero é capaz de absorver os agentes ativos farmaceuticamente com um peso molecular de 200 a 20.000.
