ÁCIDOS GRAXOS ÔMEGA-3 CONCENTRADOS E MISTURAS CONTENDO OS MESMOS. É apresentada uma emulsão aquosa estável compreendendo água, uma mistura de ésteres incluindo ésteres de ácidos graxos poilinsaturados, como ácidos graxos ômega-3, emulsíficantes e estabilizantes. A emulsão pode ser usada como bebida ou como um aditivo que pode ser adicionado a uma bebida ou a um produto alimentício. A emulsão fornece ácidos graxos ômega-3 sob forma estável e disponível, sem o indesejável odor rançoso.
