Abstract
DISPOSITIVO EMISSOR DE LUZ, E, MÉTODO. Um dispositivo emissor de luz inclui uma estrutura semicondutora tendo uma camada emissora de luz disposta entre uma regiãode tipo-n e uma região de tipo-p. Uma região porosa é disposta entre a camada emissora de luz e um contato conectado eletricamente a uma dentre a região de tipo n e a região de tipo p. A região porosa dispersa a luz para longe do contato absorvente, o que pode melhorar a extração de luz do dispositivo. Em alguns modos de realização a região porosa é um material semicondutor de tipo n como GaN ou GaP.
