Abstract
AGENTES ANTI-CÂNCER A BASE DE POLÍMERO. A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de copolímeros em bloco anfifílicos para o tratamento e prevenção de câncer, e em particular pela redução da taxa de proliferação de células cancerígenas. Os copolímeros em bloco preferidos compreendem uma cadeia hidrofóbica central, preferivelmente uma cadeia de óxido de polipropileno, à qual pelo menos duas cadeias laterais hidrofílicas, preferivelmente cadeias de óxido de polietileno, estão conectadas.
