MODULADORES DERIVADOS DE DIAZEPAN DE RECEPTORES DE QUIMIOCINA, COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇÃO E USO DOS MESMOS. A invenção refere-se aos novos derivados de diazepan de fórmula (l) em que A, X, R^ 3^, R^ 4^, R^ 5^, R^ 6^, R^ 8^, R^ 9^, R^ 10^, R^ 11^, R^ 12^, R^ 13^, m e n são como definidos na descrição e nas reivindicações, como também sais dos mesmos fisiologicamente aceitáveis. Esses compostos são antagonistas de receptor de CCR-2, receptor de CCR-5 e/ou receptor de CCR-3 e podem ser usados como medicamentos.
