ESTIMULAÇÃO ELÉTRICA POR MICRORRAJADAS DOS NERVOS CRANIANOS PARA O TRATAMENTO DE CONDIÇÕES MÉDICAS A presente invenção refere-se a métodos, sistemas e aparelhos para tratar uma condição médica em um paciente usando um dispositivo médico implantável pela aplicação de um sinal elétrico caracterizado por ter um número de pulsos por microrrajada, um intervalo entre pulsos, uma duração da microrrajada e um período entre rajadas em uma porção de um nervo craniano do dito paciente, no qual pelo menos um do número de pulsos por microrrajada, do intervalo entre pulsos, da duração da microrrajada ou do período entre rajadas é selecionado para aumentar os potenciais evocados pelo nervo craniano.
