Cápsulas e partículas com pelo menos um agente encapsulado e/ou aprisionado, tal como agente terapêutico, agentes de imagem, e outros constituintes podem ser produzidas por processos eletro-hidrodinâmicos. Mais particularmente, o agente encapsulado em um veículo, cápsula, partícula, vetor, ou agente de transporte pode maximizar o tratamento e/ou a imagem de cânceres malignos enquanto que minimiza os efeitos adversos do tratamento e/ou da imagem.
