Uma correia de ligação em espiral para uso, por exemplo, coma correia transportadora compreendendo um corpo de correia formado de uma série de (CD) enrolamentos em espiral (201, 202) na direção transversal de máquina, ligados por pivôs (203) em CD, para formar um alça sem fim e uma pluralidade de hastes de acionamento em CD. Cada haste de acionamento em CD é formada de enrolamentos em espiral ligados (204, 206) integrados no corpo da correia.
