Abstract
INIBIDORES DO FATOR DE NECROSE TUMORAL ALFA E SUA UTILIZAÇÃO NO TRATAMENTO DE DOENÇAS HUMANAS. Inibidores do fator de necrose tumoral alfa são providos, os quais possuem utilidade no tratamento de uma variedade de distúrbios, incluindo o tratamento de condições patológicas associadas com fator de necrose tumoral alfa. Os inibidores do fator de necrose tumoral alfa possuem as estruturas seguintes: incluindo estereoisômeros, sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, e solvatos destes, onde os substituintes são como definidos aqui. Composições contendo um inibidor do fator de necrose tumoral alfa em combinação com um veículo farmaceuticamente aceitável são também providos, bem como métodos para uso do mesmo.
