COMPOSIÇAO E METODO PARA INIBIR A ATIVIDADE DE UMA PRAGA DE INSETO CONTRA UM INDIVIDUO, USOS DE GERANILACETONA, E DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO, FORMULAÇÃO, METODO PARA REPELIR UMA PRAGA DE INSETO A PARTIR DE UM AMBIENTE OU EVITAR A ATRAÇÃO PARA UM AMBIENTE, DISPENSADOR, E, METODO PARA DISPERSAR UM REPELENTE DE INSETO EM UM AMBIENTE A presente invenção fornece composições para inibir a atividade de uma praga de inseto contra um indivíduo (ou repelir uma praga de inseto a partir de um ambiente ou evitar a atração para um ambiente) que compreende composições geranilacetona como mais um ingrediente ativo, mais um carreador, um ingrediente adicional selecionado a partir da lista que consiste de: 6-metil-hepten-2-ona, octanal, mais outros produtos químicos opcionais. Também são fornecidos materiais relacionados e métodos de uso.
