Abstract
MÉTODO PARA RECONDICIONAR UM ROLO DE ESMERIL USADO A invenção se refere a um método para recondicionar um rolo de esmeril usado de uma fresadora de rolos de base de material de alta pressão. No dito método, a superfície do corpo de rolo é torneada por um certo grau depois de remover os elementos perfilados desgastados, em que os furos existentes podem ser aprofundados a uma profundidade que ésuficiente para receber novos elementos perfilados ou novos furos podem ser criados de acordo com um novo padrão de furo. Elementos perfilados novos são então inseridos nos furos. O método da invenção permite que um rolo de esmeril usado seja recondicionado particularmente economizando tempo enquanto economiza material.
