Abstract
PELÍCULAS BUCAIS PASSÍVEIS DE DESINTEGRAÇÃO. Trata-se de uma película solúvel em água que se desintegra na cavidade bucal de modo a fornecer um agente ativo. A película passível de desintegração inclui pelo menos um polímero solúvel em água e um agente ativo. Também sao fornecidos métodos de preparação da película bucal passível de desintegração e para uso da película passível de desintegração na administração de uma dose efetiva de um agente ativo na cavidade bucal para absorção através da mucosa bucal. De acordo com certas modalidades, a película passível de desintegração inclui pelo menos um polímero solúvel em água e um ativo da nicotina.
