Abstract
INDUÇÃO E ESTABILIZAÇÃO DE ATIVIDADE ENZIMÁTICA EM MICROORGANISMOS. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos para indução da atividade desejada em enzimas ou microorganismos capazes de produzir as enzimas. A invenção refere-se ainda a métodos de estabilização da atividade em microorganismos. Em modalidades específicas, a invenção provê métodos para indução e estabilização da atividade de nitrilo hidratase, atividade de amidase e atividade de asparaginase 1. A invenção provê ainda composições compreendendo enzimas ou microorganismos tendo atividade induzida e/ou estabilizada.
