A presente invenção adicionalmente refere-se a um método de tratar uma doença 5 na qual um ou mais marcadores inflamatórios são aumentados, compreendendo administrar a um indivíduo em necessidade da mesma uma quantidade terapeuticamente eficaz de um composto que aumenta a neurotransmissão GABAA-érgica.
