ANEL DE TÊMPERA E CONJUNTO DE ANEL DE TÊMPERA PARA EJETAR AGENTE DE TÊMPERA SOBRE UMA PEÇA E METODO DE TEMPERAR UMA PEÇA. Um sistema de têmpera por pulverização é provido com um ou mais anéis de têmpera por pulverização que ejetam um volume controlado de pulverização sobre uma peça passando através dos anéis de têmpera. Os anéis de têmpera podem ser ajustados em posição, independentemente um do outro em relação à peça que está sendo pulverizada. Proteções de pulverização refletida podem ser providas para evitar interferência de pulverização entre anéis de têmpera adjacentes. As saídas dos anéis de têmpera podem ser ajustáveis em volume. Um controlador pode ser provido para otimizar a distribuição dos fluxos de resfriamento de têmpera a partir dos anéis de têmpera. Conjuntos de anéis de têmpera com diâmetros diferentes em cada conjunto pode ser providos em forma modular.
