Abstract
MÉTODOS DE INDUZIR A NUCLEAÇÃO DE UMA TRANSIÇÃO DE FASE EM UM MATERIAL, E DE CONTROLAR O PROCESSO DE CONGELAMENTO DE UM MATERIAL. Métodos de induzir a nucleação de um material são fornecidos. Os métodos divulgados compreendem as etapas de levar o material a uma temperatura próxima ou abaixo de uma temperatura de transição de fase e alterar a pressão para induzir a nucleação do material. O métodos divulgados são úteis em processos de secagem por congelamento, particularmente processos de secagem por congelamento farmacêuticos.
