A presente invenção refere-se a um lipossomo que compreende oxaliplatina encapsulada e métodos de fabricação de oxaliplatina encapsulada. A presente invenção também se refere a lipossomos que compreendem oxaliplatifla e uma outra droga anticancerígefla. Os lipossomos conforme a presente invenção são úteis em tratamentos de câncer.
