Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO, VETOR, MÉTODO PARA FORNECER RESISTÊNCIA AO CISTO NEMATÓDEO A UMA PLANTA, PROTEÍNA DE FUSÃO, MÉTODO PARA INIBIR ATIVIDADE BIOLÓGICA, ÁCIDO NUCLÉICO ISOLADO. Composições e métodos para fornecer resistência a cisto nematádeo são fornecidos. Um aspecto fornece células ou plantas transgênicas compreendendo um inibidor de ácidos nucléicos específicos para um ou mais polipeptideos das células das glândulas esofágicas de cisto nematódeo. Outros aspectos fornecem células ou plantas transgênicas resistentes a pelo menos duas espécies diferentes de cisto nematódeo.
