UNIDADE SECADORA POR MICROONDAS PARA BAGAÇO DE CANA, FRUTAS CÍTRICAS E SEUS DERIVADOS E CONGÊNERES. Notadamente de uma unidade (U) secadora que se destaca por utilizar um magnetron no módulo (1) gerador de micro ondas sobre o produto (P) movimentado no interior do casco (2) com o auxilio de eixo (3) rotativo ou rosca (4) de forma a provocar a vibração das moléculas de água expulsas de dentro para fora (exotérmica) por pressão osmótica em que a umidade é direcionada para a periferia é arrastada por um fluxo de ar quente que adentra por duto (5) extremo contíguo ao bocal (6) de entrada do produto a ser seco e contraposto a duto (7) de saida de gases.
