Abstract

APERFEIÇOAMENTO DO DESMUCILADOR VERTICAL DE FLUXO ASCENDENTE. Constituído por um rotor, com características construtivas próprias para impulsionar e centrifugar o produto a desmucilar, rotor esse envolvido por uma peneira concêntrica com entrada embaixo e saída em cima, criando uma câmara de agitação onde os grãos vão se atritando, criando as condições para a sua desmucilagem mecânica, enquanto o mucilago sai pelos furos da peneira.
