Patente de invenção para uso humano é uma alteração feita nos colchões convencionais, e é caracterizado por um rebaixamento próximo a cabeça, abaixo onde se coloca normalmente o travesseiro, permitindo melhor acomodação para o ombro, clavícula e omoplata, tirando assim o peso sobres estas partes do corpo e também da cabeça.
