Abstract
MOTOR TERMODINÂMICO DE ANEL LIQUIDO. Caracterizado pelo fato de ser rotativo e de deslocamento positivo. As câmaras que variam de volume são formadas pelas carcaças, rotor e pelo anel liquido. Funciona com ciclo fechado, pré-pressurizado de modo que gera grande quantidade de energia mecânica com pequenas vazões volumétricas. A combustão externa permite o uso de grande variedade de tipos de combustível. Tem a principal finalidade de viabilizar pequenas e medias termoelétricas que funcionem a biomassa ou a energia solar.
