ACESSÓRIO PARA AQUECIMENTO DE ALIMENTOS E MANUTENÇÃO DE SUA TEMPERATURA AQUECIDA POR ALGUM PERÍODO DE TEMPO. Representado por uma solução inventiva que permite que refeições (alimentos) servidos em restaurantes, churrascarias, pizzarias e correlatos, permanecem em estado de aquecimento adequado ao seu consumo com qualidade para apreciação de seu melhor sabor, onde para que tal condição seja obtida este apresenta construtividade balizada em uma base estrutural (1) essencialmente formada por material refratário, o qual por sua vez impede a dispersão de calor gerado no interior de um componente fogareiro (2), e consequentemente permite que um fluxo otimizado de calor incida sob o prato (3a) do recipiente de alimentos (3).
