Abstract

CÉLULA SOLAR SENSIBILIZADA POR EXTRATOS NATURAIS FERMENTADOS. Compreendida por um fotoanodo (1) e um contraeletrodo (2), entre os quais é disposta uma camada interna (3) formada pela solução eletrolítica do mediador, os eletrodos (1 e 2) são recobertos numa das faces por um substrato condutor (4); sobre o contraeletrodo (2) é depositada uma pequenaquantidade de material catalisador (5); no fotoanodo (1) deposita-se um filme de material semicondutor (6), seguida da sinterização de suas partículas; o sensibilizador (7) é adsorvido sobre a superfície do semicondutor (4) do fotoanodo (1), sendo que o sensibilizador (7) do semicondutor (4) da célula solar fotoeletroquímica é um corante obtido do fermentado de extratos naturais.
