HETEROACENOS E DISPOSITIVOS ELETRÔNICOS GERADOS A PARTIR DELES. A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo eletrônico, tal coma um transistor de película fina que contém um semicondutor, por exemplo, da Fórmula (I) onde R representa alquila, alcóxi, arila, heteroarila ou um hidrocarboneto apropriado; cada R~ 1~ e R~ 2~ é independentemente hidrogênio (H), um hidrocarboneto apropriado; um grupo que contém heteroátomo, ou um halogênio; R~ 3~ e R~ 4~ são independentemente um hidrocarboneto apropriado, um grupo que contém heteroátomo, ou um halogênio; x e y representam o número de grupos; Z representa enxofre, oxigênio, selênio, ou NR , onde R é hidrogênio,alquila, ou arila; e m e n representam o número de unidades repetidas.
