Abstract
CONJUNTO E PROCESSO DE MONTAGEM DE UM REFORÇO METÁLICO E ROLAMENTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um anel de rolamento (10) dotado de uma calha de rolamento e de um apoio cilindrico (22) periférico sobre o qual é encaixada a aba cilíndrica de um reforço (12) que possui, ainda, um defletor (32) radial. Sobre o anel (10), forma-se um batente (25) disposto axialmente entre a calha de rolamento e o apoio cilíndrico (22), sendo que o batente (25) forma uma saliência radialmente disposta em relação ao apoio cilíndrico (22) e apresenta uma aresta viva (28) em relação ao apoio cilíndrico (22), sendo que uma canaleta (24) conecta o batente (25) ao apoio cilíndrico (22), e a aba interfere com a aresta viva (28). As dimensões e as características mecânicas dos materiais constitutivos do reforço (12) e do anel (10) são tais que, durante o encaixe forçado da aba no anel (10), forma-se, ao nível da interferência entre a aresta viva (28) e a aba, uma rebarba (36) que se aloja na canaleta (24).
