Abstract

SIMULADOR DE DEGRAUS COM EXERCÍCIO DE BRAÇO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de ginástica para simular o exercício de subir escadas conjugado com o movimento simultâneo dos braços e para isso utiliza pedais com movimento sincronizado e continuo entre si, tendo ainda um conjunto de hastes de apoio para os braços com movimento semicircular de vai e vem, sendo esse movimento sincronizado ao movimento dos pedais e assim possibilitar a execução do exercício dos braços simultâneo ao das pernas.
