Abstract

RESUMO DA PATENTE DE INVENÇÃO DISPOSITIVO LASER PARA EMISSÃO SINTONIZÁVEL EM DUAS OU MAIS FREQÜÊNCIAS. A invenção se refere a um dispositivo óptico para modificar a emissão de um diodo laser de forma a gerar dois ou mais picos de emissão cada qual com freqUência ajustável. Inclusive, a largura espectral dos picos pode ser bastante diminuída em relação à largura original. O dispositivo funciona especialmente bem com diodos de alta poténcia do tipo fileira de diodos ("diode array").
