Este aparelho para rastreamento e localização autônoma de veículos, cargas, pessoas e objetos via GPS e rede de telefonia móvel (3SM proporciona um modo autônomo onde o próprio usuário poderá solicitar as informações das coordenadas geográficas e recebe-las em seu, ou em qualquer aparelho celular e em posse destas informações fazer a localização do objeto onde o aparelho estiver instalado. O dito aparelho é constituído de módulo hibrido que integra um receptor GPS e um modem GSM (1), conector simcard (2), interface serial (3), sinalizador de status do GPS e GSM com leds (4), bateria(5), botão de pânico (6).
