DESBLOQUEADOR EMERGENCIAL DE TRAFEGO. Caracterizado por ser composto de tres elementos sendo um módulo emissor 1, constituído de um dispositivo eletrônico que permite irradiar um sinal a ser captado pelo módulo receptor 2 também resultante da combinação de vários elementos eletrônicos, permitindo reconhecer o sinal emitido, definir a direção e acionar o bloqueio temporário da programação do semáforo, liberando o sinal verde na direção de tráfego da viatura especial em serviços de urgência, a ser conectado a uma unidade central de controle 3, já existente.
