COMPOSIÇÃO BÁSICA PARA ELABORAÇÃO DE UMA NOVA FORMULAÇÃO DE LEITE BATIDO. Composto por uma nova formulação desenvolvida, através da administração de produtos reunidos em uma única receita onde um mix de produtos diversos, é juntado em um misturador onde permanecerá por tempo pré determinado e logo após obter-se uma pasta homogênea de tal mistura, leva-se à maquina de sorvete italiano onde ficará até adquirir o estado de congelamento de sorvete, então poderá ser servido normalmente.
