Abstract
PROCESSOS DE ETERIFICAÇÃO DA GLICERINA E ADITIVOS PARA COMBUSTÍVEIS. A presente invenção descreve um processo de obtenção de éteres daglicerina, em particular o 1 ,2,3-trimetóxi-propano e o 1 ,3-dimetoxi-2-propanol, utilizando a glicerina bruta obtida de processos de produção de biodisel. Nopresente processo de eterificação, os éteres são produzidos pela reação da glicerina bruta com um agente alquilante, como sulfato de metila. Além disso,os éteres metilados da glicerina descrito na presente invenção têm aplicação como aditivos para combustíveis, em especial para gasolina e querosene.
