Com o dito sistema a empresa contratante não precisa se preocupar em ligar para a transportadora contratada para saber sobre a encomenda durante seu percurso, isso porque quando a transportadora realiza a coleta da mercadoria é emitido o Conhecimento de Transporte Rodoviário de Carga (CTRC) que gera um número e de posse desse número a empresa contratante passa a ter acesso ao sistema da contratada mediante um login e uma senha, e assim poderá obter informações sobre o transporte de sua mercadoria.
