A presente invenção geralmente refere-se a novos macrociclos de Fórmula (1): ou estereoisômeros, tautômeros, sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, solvatos ou pró-fármacos destes, em que as variáveis A, B, L, M, W, Z, R^ 1^, R^ 2^, R^ 3^, R ^ 4^, R^ 5^, R^ 6^, R^ 7^, R^ 8^, R^ 9^ e R^ 10^ são como aqui definido. Estes compostos são inibidores seletivos do fator Vila de coagulação de serina protease que podem ser utilizados como medicamentos.
