Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE UMA SUSPENSÃO SÓLIDA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo uma suspensão sólida preparada por extrusão de fusão a quente do sal cloridrato (I) do éster (2R,3S,4R,5R)-5-(4-amino-2-oxo-2 -pirimid in-1-il)-2-azido-3 ,4-bis-iso-butirilóxi-tetraidro-furan-2-ilmetilico do ácido isobutírico e um copolímero de bloco polietileno glicol (PEG)/polipropilenoglicol (PPG).
