AUMENTO DA VIABILIDADE E TOLERÂNCIA À TENSÃO DE MATERIAL BIOLÓGICO VIÁVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para o aperfeiçoa- mento da tolerância à tensão e/ou viabilidade de material biológico viável e manipulação do dito material compreendendo aplicação de pressão hidrostática ao dito material biológico; manutenção do dito material biológico viável na pressão hidrostática por um período de tempo predeterminado; liberação da pressão hidrostática; e manipulação do dito material para qualquer fim desejado de acordo com qualquer protocolo útil. A manipulação do dito material biológico incorpora quaisquer técnicas, protocolos que são aplicáveis no campo de técnicas reprodutivas assistidas, manipulações biotécnicas e/ou biotecnológicas.
