Abstract
ENZIMA ALTAMENTE FUNCIONAL TENDO ESPECIFIDADE AO SUBSTRATO MODIFICADA. Revelado é uma proteína tendo uma atividade - galactosidase, que não mostra nenhum efeito colateral adverso alérgico, mostra uma alta estabilidade no sangue e pode ser tomada em uma célula de um órgão afetado, e assim é adequada como uma enzima para terapia de substituição enzimática na doença de Fabry. A proteína adquire uma atividade -galactosidase por modificar a estrutura do sítio ativo de uma -N-acetilgalactosaminidase humana selvagem.
