Abstract
USO DE AGENTES DE EXPANSÃO DE CÉLULA B NA GERAÇÃO DE ANTICORPOS . A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a geração eficaz de anticorpos que imuniza um animal com um antígeno-alvo e um agen- te de expansão de célula B, tal como um agonista de anti-CD4O. Os anticorpos gerados a partir desse método são úteis como agentes terapêuticos, agentes de diagnóstico ou reagentes de pesquisa em uma variedade de doenças e condições.
