Abstract
DETECTOR PARA SENSOREAR UMA INTENSIDADE DE UM FEIXE DE ELÉTRONS GERADO, E, MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA IRRADIAR UMA ÁREA ALVO COM UM FEIXE DE ELÉTRONS EMITIDO AO LONGO DE UMA TRAJETÓRIA. Um detector e um método são expostos para sensorear uma intensidade de um feixe de elétrons (106). Um detector exemplar inclui uma estrutura compósita de múltiplas camadas (104) possuindo um núcleo condutor (110), uma camada isolante (112) formada no núcleo condutor (110), e uma camada externa condutora (114) eletricamente conectada a um potencial de voltagem e formada na camada isolante (112). Um suporte (116) é configurado para localizar o núcleo condutor (110) em alinhamento com um gerador de feixes de elétrons (102), entre um gerador de feixes de elétrons (102) e uma área alvo (108), e dentro de uma trajetória direta do feixe de elétrons (106) que será gerado pelo gerador de feixes de elétrons (102).
