Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES APERFEIÇOADAS PARA TERAPIA DE CÂNCER A presente invenção refere-se a composições novas e aperfeiçoadas de drogas anticâncer, preferencialmente taxanos, tal como paclitaxel e docetaxel, seus derivados ou outros análogos, métodos de fabricar essas composições e métodos de fracionar as partículas em faixas particulares de tamanho e métodos de tratar pacientes de câncer com essas composições, que fornecem efeitos colaterais induzidos por quimioterapia reduzidos, especialmente alopecia induzida por quimioterapia reduzida. A composição é tal que não há substancialmente droga livre na dita composição.
