Abstract
PARTÍCULAS DE TERMOCURA E MÉTODOS PARA PRODUÇÃO DAS MESMAS A presente invenção refere-se a partículas com base em termo- cura e processos para a fabricação destas podem ser fornecidos, onde as partículas podem possuir uma forma esférica ou fibrosa. Uma mistura de reação pode ser fornecida com a condição de que inclua uma resina de termocura, um reticulador, um agente tensoativo, e um solvente. A mistura de reação pode ser uma emulsão, uma suspensão ou uma dispersão que pode opcionalmente ser pulverizada ou eletrocentrifugada. Reticulação da resina pode ser realizada através da adição de um iniciador ou através de exposi- ção da mistura de reação a aquecimento e/ou radiação para formar partículas polimerizadas. As partículas podem ser secadas, sinterizadas, pirolizadas ou carbonizadas, e/ou impregnadas com uma invenção de agente ativo.
