ARRANJO INDEXADOR Um arranjo indexador (10) inclui um rotor (12) ; um estator (14) espaçado a partir do rotor, uma vedação rotatória (16) localizada entre o rotor e o estator, com a vedação sendo giratória com o rotor; meios para estimular a vedação rotatória ao um contato fechado com o estator; portas (20, 24, 22) no rotor, no estator e na vedação rotatória; e meios de conexão (26) para conectar as respectivas portas (20) no rotor com as respectivas portas na vedação rotatória; de modo que, em uso, o fluído pode circular através das portas no rotor, para as portas na vedação rotatória via os meios de conexão, e sair através das portas (24) no estator.
