Abstract
MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM PRODUTO REFORÇADO COM FIBRA, MEMBRO POROSO, USO DE UM MEMBRO POROSO, COMPÓSITO REFORÇADO COM FIBRA, E, LÂMINA DE TURBINA EÓLICA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de RTM de produzir um produto reforçado com fibra, método que compreende as etapas de: a) colocar pelo menos um membro poroso (104) em um molde (103); b) colocar uma ou mais camadas de fibras de reforço (102) no molde; c) introduzir resina para distribuição através do membro poroso para as camadas de fibra; e d) permitir à resina curar e ao membro de distribuição coalescer para formar uma camada contínua, bem como aos compósitos reforçados com fibra produzidos. A invenção, além disso, refere-se ao uso de um membro poroso de um material que é capaz de coalescer para formar uma camada contínua no produto reforçado com fibra acabado. A invenção supera os problemas relacionados ao uso dos materiais de gel de revestimento convencionais e forma uma camada de superficie do produto final tendo as mesmas ou características semelhantes aos materiais de revestimento de gel tradicionais.
