Sistemas, dispositivos, e métodos para a transferência de forma transdérmica de um ou mais agentes terapêuticos ativos para uma interface biológica. Um sistema iontoforético de transferência de fármaco é provido para a transferência transdérmica de um ou mais agentes terapêuticos ativos a uma interface biológica de um individuo. O sistema iontoforético de transferência de fármaco inclui pelo menos um reservatório de agente ativo. O pelo menos um reservatório de agente ativo pode incluir uma composição farmacêutica que inclui pelo menos um agonista opióide e/ou antagonista opióide.
