Abstract
POLIPEPTÍDEO ISOLADO, COMPOSIÇÃO IMUNOGÊNICA, MOLÉCULA DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO ISOLADA, E, USO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO IMUNOGÊNICA. A invenção fornece polipeptídeos de Plasmódio de estágio hepático isolado que compreende uma sequência de aminoácido selecionada do grupo que consiste das SEQ ID NOs: 1 a 48 e seus derivados imunogônicos. A invenção também fornece moléculas de ácido nucleico isoladas que codificam os polipeptídeos de Plasmódio de estágio hepático da invenção, composições que compreendem um ou mais polipeptídeos de Plasmódio de estágio hepático da invenção, métodos para induzir uma resposta imune contra os polipeptídeos de Plasmódio de estágio hepático, e métodos para tratar e diagnosticar a malária no estágio hepático.
