TORREFADOR DE ALIMENTOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um torrefador de alimentos, um kit para a torrefação de alimentos e um conjunto para a torrefação de alimentos. O torrefador de alimentos geralmente compreende uma base (118); um conjunto de motor (109) e ventilador (107) posicionados dentro da base (118), um elemento aquecedor (108) posicionado dentro da base (118) e em comunicação gasosa com o conjunto de motor (109) e ventilador (107); uma câmara de torrefação (103) fixada removivelmente à parte superior da base (118), uma torre de sustentação (116) fixada mecanicamente à base, e um filtro (101 A) para remover o fumo expelido da câmara de torrefação (103), o filtro (101 A) posicionado em uma parte superior da torre de sustentação (116), onde a base (118), o conjunto de motor (109) e ventilador (107), o elemento aquecedor (108), a câmara de torrefação (103), e o filtro (101 ) são configurados ao longo de um eixo vertical substancialmente unitário.
