Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS E TRATAMENTO DE UMA DOENÇA NEOPLÁSTICA OU UM DISTÚRBIO RPOLIFERATIVO EM HUMANOS À BASE DE MODULADORES DE THERAMUTEIN. Esta invenção está relacionada a agentes que são inibidores ou ativadores de formas variantes de proteínas endógenas e novos métodos de identificar essas variantes. De particular interesse são os inibidores e os ativadores de variantes de proteína endógena, codificados por genes que sofreram mutação, cujas variantes sempre surgem ou são pelo menos identificadas como surgidas após a exposição a um agente químico que e conhecido como um inibidor ou ativador da proteína endógena sem mutação correspondente.
