Abstract
USO DE UM ÁCIDO DA BÍLIS OU DE UM SAL DE ÁCIDO DA BÍLIS E UM FOSFOLIPÍDEO. São descritos o tratamento, a prevenção e a profilaxia de condições tais como sepse, choque séptico, síndrome da resposta inflamatória sistêmica ou "SIRS", SIRS com disfunção ou insuficiência de órgãos, insuficiência de órgãos e disfunção de órgão. Estas condições estão associadas à infecção por Bactérias Gram-positivas. O tratamento envolve a administração de composições que contêm um fosfolipídeo, um lipídeo neutro e um ácido da bílis ou um sal do ácido da bílis.
