Abstract
MASSA E PROCESSO PARA REVESTIMENTO DE SUBSTRATOS TERMOLÁBEIS, EMPREGO DA MASSA PARA REVESTIMENTO. A presente invenção se refere à massa para revestimento para componentes planos, híbridos, componentes de SMD contendo pelo menos um aglutinante ou misturas de aglutinantes que podem ser endurecidas a uma temperatura de 60ºC-120ºC, de preferência de 70ºC-110ºC, especialmente a 80ºc-90ºc, assim como a um processo para a sua produção e ao seu emprego para componentes planos na eletrônica, híbridos, componentes de SMD e placas de circuitos montadas.
