Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES E METODOS DE FABRICAÇÃO PARA METAIS DUROS Composições de metal duro, cada qual incluindo partículas duras tendo um primeiro material e uma matriz ligante tendo um segundo material diferente compreendendo rénio ou uma superlíga com base em Ni. Tungstênio pode também ser usado em um material de matriz ligante. Um processo de sinterizaçào de duas etapas pode ser empregado para fabricar tais metais duros em temperaturas de sinterização relativamente baixas na fase de estado sólido para produzir metais duros substancialmente totalmente densificados. Um revestimento ou estrutura de metal duto pode ser formado sobre umsuperfície empregando um método de pulverização térmica.
